Training in Leadership

The International Centre for Social Research and Policy Analysis (ICSRPA) offers two day certified training course in Leadership.
The primary function of effective leadership is to produce successful change. This concept recognizes that leadership is important in all spheres of activities and at all levels of an organization that should contribute to success in responding to change. We are committed to building young leaders' capacities to cope with rapidly changing and highly competitive environment. This training focuses on the leadership and management challenges posed by the devastating political, economic and socio-cultural crisis taking part in Georgia. The model is inclusive in that it is designed to enhance the development of leadership qualities in training participants through identifying their talents, values, interests, and leadership capacity.

· Creating a vision, mission and strategy
· Using power and influencing people
· Elaborating strategy responsive to change
Trainings will start on 8 May, 2010, 13:00.
Training format: Lectures (visual presentations)/practical exercises.
Language: Both Georgian and English.
Trainings time frame: 8-9 May, 2010. (Saturday, Sunday)
Duration: 13:00 to 17:00, 4 hours a day.
Training cost: 60 GEL ( certificate and coffee breaks).
